ACCOUNT MANAGER – FRAGRANCE (MULTI BRAND) HOUSE OF FRASER, BLUEWATER FULL TIME, 37.5 HOURS A WEEK, OR PART-TIME OPTIONS (2-3 DAYS A WEEK) COTY is a global leader in fragrance and a major player in color cosmetics, with products sold in over 150 countries. Ensure excellent execution of brand standards and account management. Plan and execute customer events to enhance brand visibility. Develop strong relationships with mobile consultants and internal teams. Build customer relationships to influence sales and upselling. Act as a brand ambassador, adhering to company grooming and uniform policies. Team and Collaboration You will manage a standalone account, working closely with the Retail Management Team, Visual Merchandising, National and Regional Managers, and other colleagues. The team comprises passionate fragrance experts, and leadership qualities are essential. Candidate Profile Ideal candidates are passionate about fragrances and luxury brands, with a strong sales background and experience in the fragrance industry. Proficiency with iPad for reporting and VM guidelines, and the ability to build relationships with store and area managers are required.
