Role Overview
As a Senior-to-Mid Level Account Manager for the multi-brand portfolio with a focus on the Chloé ADF fragrance collection, you will own a stand-alone account and collaborate with retail, visual merchandising, national account, regional education and area management teams to drive sales and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs.
- Plan and execute customer events to reinforce brand equity.
- Develop effective relationships with mobile consultants and expand the wider Coty network.
- Build relationships with customers to influence sales, upsell and maintain brand integrity.
- Act as a brand ambassador, safeguarding Coty brands and adhering to company uniform and grooming guidelines.
About You – Qualifications
- Strong sales background with experience in the fragrance industry.
- Knowledge of fragrance collections preferred.
- Proficiency in using iPad for email, reporting and VM guidelines.
- Ability to build strong relationships with store managers and area managers.
