About the role
We are looking for a Sales Officer to help deliver sales of our ambitious programme of new low-cost home ownership homes. The role of the Sales Officer is to support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day delivery of a customer focused, high quality, effective sales function. You will liaise directly with purchasers, solicitors and internal teams to provide a seamless sales process. Site visits to accommodate viewings, sale completions and assisting the development team during the snagging process is a key part of the role so a full driving licence is required.
To be successful you will have a flexible, proactive approach. You will have the ability to handle a wide and varied workload with competing demands requiring strong organisational and time management skills. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to interact clearly on the telephone and face to face. The ability to learn how to use our in-house IT systems is essential and full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
