The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 ÂŁ per year.
We are looking to recruit a Painter and Decorator to work within our Property Services Team. You will have experience in all aspects of painting, decorating and wall tiling. You will also have experience of carrying out general repair and maintenance work on domestic properties, completing work to a high standard of craftsmanship together with a flexible approach to undertaking work of other trades.
You will be customer focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to form good relationships with customers and colleagues. A basic level of IT skills is important as the use of “tablets” is routine. A full driving licence is essential. A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant as part of our pre-employment checks.
