Travel Coordinator Location: Office based in Norwich, Norfolk Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm Salary: £26,600 to £27,600 per annum (Plus Company Bonus Scheme) This is an exciting opportunity for a Travel Coordinator to join a specialist tour operator delivering high quality, bespoke worldwide fishing and shooting holidays to a discerning client base. As Travel Coordinator you will deliver a high level of service by maintaining a detail-driven and customer-focused approach. You will play a key part in supporting clients before, during, and after travel, ensuring every arrangement is handled accurately and professionally. This is not a sales role. It is about precision, care and consistently delivering excellent service. We are looking for someone who has a natural eye for detail and a strong sense of personal standards. Someone organised, calm under pressure and genuinely invested in looking after customers and colleagues alike. Desired Skills and Experience: * Organised individual with excellent attention to detail * Professional and polite, with strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively * Proficient in computer systems, processes and Microsoft Office tools * Works well within a team, builds positive relationships and takes pride in doing a job well done.
