About The Role

We're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Hardware Counter Supervisor to provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth running of our busy trade counter.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all customers, offering knowledgeable advice and assistance.
  • Manage in-store deliveries, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Handle telephone enquiries promptly and communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
  • Process customer orders and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Respond positively and efficiently to customer requirements.
  • Support periodic stock counts as needed.
