About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Assembly / Workshop Operative to support both the Secondary DIY Glazing (SDIY) unit and the main workshop facility. This is a varied role involving assembly, manufacturing support, order fulfilment, packing, and despatch. You’ll be involved in the full production process, helping ensure products are completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard, with an opportunity to train and progress into an Extrusion Operative role over time. The role would suit someone practical, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment both independently and as part of a team.
