Customer Service Coordinator Join a leading supplier of ready-mixed concrete, independently operating six plants across Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

The Role Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn t afraid to pick up the phone?

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you ll be the primary hub of day-to-day operations.

This is a phone-led, high-volume role where no two days are the same.

You will be managing inbound queries from customers who need concrete at short notice, keeping in constant contact with a fleet of drivers, and adapting schedules on the fly when plans change.

If you enjoy a buzzing office, problem-solving on your feet, and maintaining a calm head under pressure, this role is for you.

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday Friday (8am 5pm) What we re offering: * Competitive
