A marketing agency based in Essex are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join their growing Video team. This is a key role for a motion specialist who thrives on crafting cutting-edge animation and motion-led storytelling while still delivering high-quality video edits.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Video and Creative Director, contributing to both live campaigns and new business pitches. From concept through to final delivery, you’ll take ownership of projects, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining exceptional technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of high-end motion graphics and video content for social, digital, and advertising campaigns, including dynamic typography and innovative storytelling.
- Edit and assemble footage into polished, client-ready videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, maintaining industry-leading standards.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from storyboard and asset creation through to final render, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Develop scalable templates and oversee large campaign rollouts, ensuring efficiency and consistency across outputs.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, designers, and wider team on pitches, ideation sessions, and live campaigns, contributing creative expertise.
- Act as a mentor and creative standard-bearer within the team, helping to elevate motion and editing output across the department.
- Maintain organised workflows, efficient file management systems, and stay up to date with emerging tools, trends, and AI-driven video production techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior motion graphics and video editing role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end motion design and storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI video tools/workflows is a plus.
