Hours: Monday - Friday 7am–5pm, Alternate Saturdays 7am–4pm
Purpose of the role:
This role is for a talented, driven Plumbing & Heating Branch Manager to lead sales growth and performance at the Tottenham branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong people leader with solid plumbing and heating knowledge to take ownership of a key business area and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and become their trusted partner for plumbing and heating solutions
- Grow the business through new business development and by maximising opportunities with existing customers
- Take full ownership of Plumbing & Heating performance, including sales, service, safety, and standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve excellent results
- Drive sales performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved and exceeded
Requirements:
- Proven experience growing a customer base and delivering against sales and profit targets
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, delegate, and empower others
- A proven track record of developing teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong desire for continuous improvement
- The ability to build strong, positive relationships with colleagues and customers
