Salary: Β£31,269.81 - Β£33,000
Hours: Mon - Fri 6:30 β 16:30 Alternate Saturdays β 6:30 β 15:30
Location: Willesden, NW10
Purpose of the Role:
The role supports the Plumbing and Heating department by ensuring goods are delivered accurately and on time. When not completing deliveries, the role also contributes to the smooth running of the department through general warehouse and customer service support. This role will be covering both the Willesden and Kilburn Plumbing and Heating Teams.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver goods to customers using company vehicles, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service during all interactions and deliveries.
- Complete delivery documentation and update systems accurately.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and general warehouse organisation.
- Provide support at the trade counter and assist with customer queries when required.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth running of the Plumbing and Heating department.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (standard category B).
- Good Knowledge on Plumbing and Heating products is preferred.
- Experience in a warehouse, delivery, or trade counter environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills with a βcan doβ attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to perform the specific duties of this position, such as manual handling tasks.
