About the Role:
A well-established food manufacturing company is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join its production team. Due to the rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Requirements:
- Valid, accredited Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Basic English and maths skills
- Physically fit for manual work
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment
- Food production experience is helpful but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply bulk packaging and materials to production and packing lines.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Support efficient stock rotation and use handheld RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Help reduce waste and product damage during transit and storage.
- Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP and site hygiene procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and yard area.
- Complete required quality and pre-shift forklift inspection checks accurately.
- Operate all material handling equipment safely.
- Work closely with colleagues across production, packing, engineering and quality.
