About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Account Executive to join our Creative Client Services team. Working closely with the Account Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality advertising campaigns across online and offline channels, ensuring exceptional service and seamless project delivery for our clients. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, collaboration, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of advertising campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to brief
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the creative team, translating client objectives into clear, accurate written briefs
- Coordinate workflows, schedules, amendments, and resources across internal teams to maintain smooth project progression
- Maintain accurate job, invoicing, and project records using Synergist and follow internal file management procedures
- Support the Account Manager in nurturing client relationships, responding to requests, and providing campaign updates and performance insights
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency, or in a client-facing role within a service-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear, well-structured written briefs and correspondence
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail, including confident handling of invoicing, quoting, and administrative processes
- A genuine interest in marketing, with a proactive, professional, and team-focused approach to work
