Are you a calm, organised, and people-focused individual looking for a role where every day brings something new? This Care Home in Long Stratton is looking for a friendly and efficient Administrator/Receptionist to be the heart of their front-of-house team. You will be working 23.5 hours per week, with alternative weekends. Hours are 9.30am to 4pm on weekends, and 9am to 4.30pm on weekdays.
Key responsibilities:
- You'll greet guests and telephone enquirers with warmth and professionalism.
- Check invoices, and manage the home's petty cash.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn in-house IT systems is essential.
- Prepare and submit accurate payroll returns, covering hours worked, sickness, holidays, starters, and leavers.
- Support new residents with fee payments and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure our home is always well-stocked.
- Provide essential clerical support to the General Manager from diary management to filing.
