3.5 tonne Driver
Location: Colchester, CO6
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm (45 hours per week including paid break).
About the Role:
A well-established food manufacturing business is seeking a professional and safety-conscious Driver to operate a 3.5-tonne Van in East Anglia. You will be the face of the business, responsible for delivering goods on schedule, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products safely and on time while following UK road regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally.
- Safely load, secure, and unload goods with care.
- Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items and highlight stock issues.
- Ensure customer feedback is communicated with HO.
- Comply with drivers' hours regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain the security, cleanliness, and presentation of your vehicle at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid right to work in the UK
- Full UK Category B driving licence held for at least 2 years.
- Clean licence or no more than 3 penalty points (no major endorsements)
- Previous experience driving commercial vans or completing multi-drop deliveries.
- Strong attention to detail when completing delivery records and paperwork.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (up to 25kg).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering great service.
