We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to be the Deputy Care Manager of an established residential and dementia care home in Swaffham. You'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of the home, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
- Set and uphold high standards of care
- Grow, develop, and manage the care staff
- Ensure smooth operations when the General Manager is unavailable
- Work with the General Manager to set and review home standards, including ensuring monthly audits are conducted
- Ensure medications are administered properly and that all procedures are followed
- Prepare and manage rotas to ensure that residents' needs are always met
- Maintain accurate records, respond to complaints, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
