Job Title: Social Media Lead Location : London | Hybrid | Full-Time Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 About the Role: This role is ideal for someone with a positive can-do approach who thrives on leading strategic high-impact social campaigns, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Manage and mentor a Social Media Account Executive. Act as a key client contact and strategic advisor Pitch and lead new business opportunities alongside the Head of Social Identify trends, bring fresh ideas, and drive innovation across platforms Oversee influencer campaigns and collaborate closely with creative, media, and video teams Deliver training, consultancy, and insights for clients Support performance, invoicing, and day-to-day team operations Requirements: A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude Proven experience managing social campaigns in an agency environment Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, related field, or relevant working experience.
