Job Title: Social Media Lead
Location: London | Hybrid | Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
About the Role:

You’ll take ownership of client strategy, content planning and execution, influencer partnerships, and social-first campaigns, all while playing a key part in the continued growth of the agency’s social offering.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of social media strategies across a wide range of clients.
- Manage and mentor a Social Media Account Executive.
- Act as a key client contact and strategic advisor
- Pitch and lead new business opportunities alongside the Head of Social
- Identify trends, bring fresh ideas, and drive innovation across platforms
- Oversee influencer campaigns and collaborate closely with creative, media, and video teams
- Deliver training, consultancy, and insights for clients
- Support performance, invoicing, and day-to-day team operations
Requirements:
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
- Proven experience managing social campaigns in an agency environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, related field, or relevant working experience.
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members
- Confident with client management, strategy, and execution
