We’re on the look out for an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead our care homes and facilities across Norfolk and Suffolk. In this pivotal role you’ll drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service. Benefits:

  • Salary:Earn between £71,500 – £75,900 annually, including a 10% yearly bonus and a £5,500 car allowance.
  • Annual leave25 days plus Bank Holidays.
  • 2 weeks paid sick leave per annum and access to private medical after the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period.
