Residential Care Manager in Norwich

Hours: 40 per week, including alternate weekends. Flexibility in days and hours to work on the care floor between 7am-7pm.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join this 60-bed care home as their Residential Care Manager. You'll play a vital role in leading the care units, developing care plans, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the care units ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents
• Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans tailored to the needs of each resident
• Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as necessary to maintain high standards of care
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Administer medications as required and oversee medication management protocols
• Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and staff performance, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations
