Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to elevate the digital presence and drive the marketing strategy of a fast-growing leisure brand based in beautiful Wherstead, Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins on bold, creative campaigns that promote an innovative product in the recreational vehicle space. You'll lead on PPC, SEO, content creation, and social media strategy, working across both B2B and B2C channels to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Creative Direction: Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints and lead brand refreshes, rebrands, and new product launches. Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with marketing and commercial goals. Deliver high-quality, multi-channel campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches while evolving the brand's visual and verbal identity. Attend UK and EU events, representing the brand and gathering market insights.
- Campaign Execution & Content Production: Lead PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, managing budgets, targeting, and performance to drive traffic and conversions. Optimise the website for SEO and lead generation, improving visibility and user engagement. Create and manage content, including blogs, updates, and email campaigns, tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences. Track and analyse performance, using data to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
- Budget, Quality & Systems Oversight: Manage the creative and marketing budget in collaboration with the Marketing team to build and deliver a marketing strategy. Oversee procurement of marketing assets such as print materials, merchandise, uniforms, and digital advertising. Approve final outputs to meet quality, strategic, and technical standards. Supervise the management of digital infrastructure, including VPN, domains, DNS, email systems, and GS1 tools.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Provide clear direction, mentorship, and feedback to in-house team members and external collaborators. Foster a collaborative, performance-driven team culture. Work closely with Marketing, Product Design, and Sales teams to translate briefs into compelling creative work. Engage and manage freelance talent or agency partners as needed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in a similar role
- Strong PPC and SEO skills
- Confidence in using WordPress and CRM tools
- Great understanding and experience in Google, Meta ads
- Marketing experience in both B2B and B2C
- Familiar with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and email software
- Strong campaign coordination and content creation skills
- Experience across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Excellent organisation, communication, and project management skills
- A clean driving license (some travel involved)
