Role Overview

This role is due to expansion and combines candidate sourcing, recruitment process coordination and support for 2–3 RPO client accounts. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment services aligned with our mission and values.

Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. We also welcome individuals from fast paced and often demanding customer or client-facing backgrounds who are motivated to build a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
  • Write and tailor job adverts aligned to client requirements
  • Screen CVs and conduct qualification calls
  • Arrange interviews and manage feedback communication
  • Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and client documentation
  • Handle telephone and email queries professionally
  • Coordinate offers, references, contracts, and onboarding
  • Provide weekly reporting and work toward monthly targets
