Role Overview
This role is due to expansion and combines candidate sourcing, recruitment process coordination and support for 2–3 RPO client accounts. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment services aligned with our mission and values.
Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. We also welcome individuals from fast paced and often demanding customer or client-facing backgrounds who are motivated to build a career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Write and tailor job adverts aligned to client requirements
- Screen CVs and conduct qualification calls
- Arrange interviews and manage feedback communication
- Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and client documentation
- Handle telephone and email queries professionally
- Coordinate offers, references, contracts, and onboarding
- Provide weekly reporting and work toward monthly targets
