We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to lead the design and delivery of high-quality residential projects, including show homes and amenity spaces. You will take projects from concept through to completion, creating compelling client presentations and ensuring smooth, on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead residential interior design projects from brief to completion
- Develop and present design concepts to clients, both virtually and in person
- Collaborate with the Head of Design and Creative Director on innovation and design direction
- Oversee procurement, budgeting, and supplier coordination
- Conduct site visits with the Project Manager to ensure quality and design integrity
- Mentor junior designers and help foster a collaborative, growth-focused team
- BA in Interior Design or related field
- 3-5+ years experience in residential interiors, with a strong portfolio
- Skilled in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Confident presenting to clients and engaging stakeholders
- Full, clean UK driving license and willingness to travel between London and Essex
