We’re a proud FMCG manufacturer and distributor of market-leading, high quality, sustainably made toilet and tissue paper products throughout New Zealand for over 30 years. Our well-loved portfolio of retail and commercial brands include Paseo, CottonSofts, KiwiSoft, Tuffy, CUTE & CO., EarthSmart and Livi, and our product range includes toilet roll, facial tissue, paper towel, nappies, and wipes. We currently have over 200 employees throughout New Zealand and three manufacturing and distribution sites – two in the North Island in Auckland (Highbrook and Wiri), and two in the South Island, one in Dunedin and our latest in Christchurch.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a permanent, full-time Warehouse Storeperson who is available to work 41.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.25 hours per day), between our operating hours of 6am – 9pm. Flexibility is essential, as start and finish times may vary depending on operational needs and may involve rotating between morning and afternoon shifts. There may also be occasional Saturday work required, which will be paid at overtime rates.

In approximately 9 months’ time, once our converting lines are operational, this role will transition to a 4-on 4-off day shift pattern, at 41.24 hours per week.

This role will play an important part in our close-knit and small team at our brand new, purpose-built site in Christchurch. As the Warehouse Storeperson you will be a valued contributor who will help us reach our operational goals. This a hands-on role where the primary focus is being able to safely and efficiently assist in the running of the warehouse area through the picking and loading product to go out to our customers. You will be:

  • Picking and dispatching orders
  • Issuing raw materials to production
  • Ensuring all transfers are actioned to and from production lines
  • Checking and receipting of inwards goods
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Using our Warehouse Management System scanners

About You

Health and safety focused

2+ years experience in FMCG environments

Self-motivated and driven with a ‘can do attitude’

Effective time management, reliable and punctual

Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively and efficiently within strict time frames
