Conference Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our meetings and events spaces, ensuring every organiser and delegate receives a seamless, professional and welcoming experience.
As the operational lead for meetings, you'll be the key point of contact for event organisers, overseeing room preparation, coordinating service delivery, leading colleagues and ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standards.
- Your day to day;
- Acting as the primary host and contact for meeting organisers throughout their event journey.
- Ensuring meeting rooms and breakout spaces are presentation-ready and fully operational.
- Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Drink and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless events.
- Overseeing refreshments, catering requirements and service delivery.
- Leading and motivating team members to consistently achieve exceptional service standards.
- Managing operational readiness, quality checks and service recovery when needed.
Who are we looking for?
We're seeking someone who is experienced in meetings, events or Food & Drink operations.
You'll be confident leading or supervising teams within a hospitality environment and highly organised with excellent planning and communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest service, who is detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
You will be knowledgeable in food safety, health & safety and allergen management.
You will lead by example, take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and demonstrate warm hospitality in everything you do.
