As a Housekeeper, you will work as part of a busy and vibrant team who ensure that all of our guests experience wonderful stays in immaculate rooms. Your day to day as a Housekeeper includes providing the highest level of hospitality, responding to guest comments and issues in a professional manner and rectifying any problems as soon as possible, cleaning bedrooms to required standards within a set time frame, and ensuring hotel procedures are followed at all times.
We’re looking for a detail oriented and passionate Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team. The standard of our bedrooms will leave a lasting impression on our guests. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, enjoy meeting targets, have great communication skills, be comfortable interacting with your team and guests in a warm and courteous manner, remain calm under pressure, react effortlessly to unexpected circumstances, take challenges in stride, and provide a smile.
Located just outside of the fashionable town of Knutsford, Cottons Hotel & Spa is an established hotel offering award winning spa and gym facilities, business facilities, comfy bedrooms and a locally sourced menu. With so much going on, no two days are ever the same at Cottons. Owned by Daniel Thwaites, it offers a supportive work environment in a busy hospitality venue surrounded by the lush green Cheshire plains.
