We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help oversee all F&B operations across our hotel. From breakfast service to banqueting dinners, you’ll ensure every detail is perfect and every guest leaves delighted.

Your Day to Day:

  • Support the F&B Manager in running all F&B departments: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, and events.
  • Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence.
  • Lead and inspire the food & beverage team across restaurant, bar, and events operations.
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards.
  • Monitor budgets, stock control, and labour costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’ll have proven experience managing in high-end hospitality, whether that be in a restaurant, bar or running events, in a management role. We’re looking for someone who is a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service. You’ll be a leader who is calm, confident and solutions-focused — even when the pressure’s on. We’re looking for someone to join our team of assistant food and beverage managers who has ambition to grow into the next management role — we’ll support your journey every step of the way, with a variety of management courses, as well as mentoring and coaching you through your career.

The role requires working a variety of shifts across either restaurant, bar, conference or events, so flexibility is key, along with professionalism and a sense of fun!
