Cotton Traders is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our new Peterborough location. The ideal candidate will lead a small team, driving sales and exceptional customer service while managing daily store operations. You will be responsible for recruiting and training, stock management, and achieving sales targets.

The role offers a salary of up to £28,500 for 40 hours a week, along with 25 days holiday, generous clothing allowance, and private medical insurance. We value your growth and offer many opportunities while working within a supportive team.
