We are looking for motivated and engaging Contact Centre Advisors to join our expanding Contact Centre team. Are you passionate about great customer service and looking for a role that provides great work-life balance?

We have 2 contracts available for these roles, based at our Contact Centre offices in Altrincham starting on Tuesday 27 th January 2026. Please find contract details below:
- 28.75 hours per week
- 5 x 6 hour shifts per week
- 37.5 hours per week
- 5 x 7.5 hour shifts per week
Your contracted hours will be flexible, either Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday, and your shifts will be allocated across the following hours:
- Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 18:30
- Saturday – 08:00 to 18:00
- Sunday – 10:00 to 18:00
These roles are office based in our Contact Centre in Altrincham.
What’s in the role and what are we looking for?
You will receive inbound calls directly from our customers looking to place orders or ask questions about our products. We are looking for individuals who are great listeners, confident and motivated with a positive attitude.
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, as are basic keyboards skills. Experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial, but not essential.
As we are so passionate about our products, service and heritage, we ensure our training covers every part of our journey and the customers. Therefore, you will spend the first couple of weeks training at our Contact Centre offices in Altrincham, you will train with other new starters, get to meet your colleagues and our Contact Centre management team.
We offer extensive training for these roles which will run from Tuesday 27 th January to Friday 30 th January 2026, between the hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm.
