The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant to help our Ecommerce team launch and manage our product ranges across our website and app.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Creative and Merchandising to make sure products are uploaded on time, displayed correctly, and easy for customers to find. This will include gathering product information, adding product attributes, loading items into the right categories, and checking everything is accurate before launch.
You’ll also help maintain and improve the website day-to-day — spotting and fixing errors, updating navigation, supporting visual merchandising, and optimising the customer journey. You’ll get involved in content updates, promotions, and SEO, as well as providing reports and insights to help improve trading performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather product information from internal systems and upload to the website and app in line with the launch calendar.
- Add product attributes into our ecommerce systems to improve product discoverability.
- Place products in the correct categories and collections according to seasonal plans and marketing campaigns.
- Check product launches for accuracy, fixing categorisation and product detail errors.
- Assist with visual merchandising for categories, homepages, and seasonal collections.
- Support content updates across the website and app, working with Creative and Web Development teams.
- Build and maintain App content using CMS tools, checking the customer journey.
- Implement SEO content changes to improve search engine rankings.
- Set up promotions and test promotional codes.
- Compile ecommerce trading reports covering site performance, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
- Assist with initiatives to improve search, navigation, and cross-selling across the website and APP
- Provide general administrative support to the Ecommerce team as needed.
