The Opportunity
We\’re looking for a proactive, hands-on digital marketer to deliver performance marketing campaigns across our agency partner network. You’ll work closely with channel specialists to forecast sales, drive acquisition, and deliver results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role requires a keen analytical mindset, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for identifying opportunities to grow customer base and profitability.
This role is offered on a temporary basis, to cover a period of maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate, and Programmatic Display channels in partnership with specialist digital marketing agencies.
- Plan and manage the delivery of digital campaign performance budgets focused on optimising spend, sales and new customer acquisition.
- Act as the key contact for media agencies and partners—leading weekly calls, quarterly reviews, and tracking progress against agreed actions.
- Work closely with the Head of Digital to align acquisition and retention strategies that support growth in customer file size, conversion, sales, and profitability.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with product launch and marketing calendars.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal analysts to integrate marketing, trading, and customer data—turning insights into actionable improvements that drive ROI.
- Brief internal teams (Marketing, Web Development, Merchandising, Optimisation) on creative and customer journey requirements to support campaign delivery and conversion
- Lead seasonal planning for tactical tests across channels using a structured test-and-learn approach
- Evaluate new digital marketing channels and emerging technologies in collaboration with agency partners to stay ahead of the curve.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced, omnichannel retail environment
- Strong agency management experience
- Working knowledge of platforms like Google PMAX, Meta Ads Manager, and product feed management tools
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- A self-starter mindset—enthusiastic, agile, and always eager to learn
