Talent & Influencer Management
Act as the main point of contact for influencers, managing contracts, deliverables, and relationships. Ensure all influencer activities align with campaign objectives and escalate issues when necessary.

Social Media Management
Support content scheduling, community engagement, and influencer/UGC coordination across social platforms. Ensure all content aligns with campaign goals and local market trends.

PR & Media Relations
Coordinate PR activations and media outreach initiatives. Manage the PR inbox and support event logistics, including product seeding, influencer activations, and campaign events.

Performance Reporting & Analysis
Track and analyse the performance of social media, influencer, and PR campaigns. Maintain accurate campaign records and contribute to global reporting trackers and ROI analysis.

Brand Collaboration & Partnership Support
Work closely with global teams to execute campaigns and support brand collaborations, partnerships, and co-branded initiatives involving PR and influencer activities.

Internal Communications & Campaign Support
Manage the content calendar for the Africa Crew social page and support store openings, launches, and activations while ensuring alignment with PR and influencer strategies.

Administrative & Financial Oversight
Monitor PR and influencer-related expenses, ensuring payments, budgets, and records are accurate and properly maintained.
