Selected candidate will work 2 days a week in office, Tuesday and Thursday. You will support HR initiatives and processes by managing HR databases, maintaining administrative systems, office management, and ensuring timely completion of tasks aligned with business needs and safety standards.

  • Support the execution and administration of HR initiatives and processes to assist team and customer needs
  • Collate and maintain HR databases ensuring records are current and accurate
  • Maintain logical and accurate administration systems for the department
  • Provide proactive administrative support by anticipating departmental needs and taking initiative
  • Meet deadlines while adapting to tight timeframes and changing priorities
  • Responsible for office maintenance and pantry management.
