ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring retail leader to join us as Head of Retail. In this role, you will be the voice of our stores—championing the retail team, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring our Brand DNA comes to life in every interaction. You will lead your team to drive performance through exceptional in-store execution, customer-obsessed behaviours, and strong commercial focus. You will partner closely with VM, Merchandise and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, country-relevant store experiences, while coaching leaders to make data‑led decisions, optimize wage spend, and uphold risk and compliance standards. You’ll foster a connected, motivated team culture built on storytelling, collaboration and shared success. If you are a people‑first leader who thrives in fast‑paced retail environments, loves developing others, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, we would love to meet you.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Head of Retail or senior retail leadership role, preferably within Retail or Fashion.
  • Relevant degree / qualification i.e. Business Management.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, Brand DNA and product‑led retailing.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial results, including wage management and cost‑of‑doing‑business accountability.
  • Experience coaching, developing and inspiring high‑performing teams.
  • Ability to analyse retail performance data and respond with actionable insights.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑obsessed, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams such as VM and Merchandise.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills across all levels.
  • Proven capability to lead consistent store standards, compliance and risk management.
  • Ability to foster a connected, inclusive and motivated team culture.
  • Commitment to safety, wellbeing and developing succession within the retail team.
