We are seeking a Part-Time Key Holder for a 16-hour per week contract. This is a permanent position.
Availability: Candidates must be available to work on both weekdays and weekends, with flexibility to work overnight shifts when required.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Key Holder, you will ensure the smooth daily operations at Typo. The Key Holder reports to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and is responsible for executing the management team\’s directives within the store. You will oversee Sales Associates\’ attendance, productivity, and morale, providing support, guidance, and assistance in their duties. This role involves motivating and inspiring the team to work efficiently and monitoring their attitude towards customers. Key Holders do not establish store policies or evaluate employee performance through written documentation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Retail sales experience demonstrating confidence in introducing new products and achieving sales targets
- Retail leadership experience, including team development
- Ability to complete tasks with urgency
- Commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
