What you'll do
- Assist in the selection and procurement of womenswear products, ensuring alignment with current trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize inventory levels and support promotional activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a buying or merchandising role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is required.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with retail buying systems or software.
- Familiarity with market research and trend analysis.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Practical notes
This role may require occasional travel for market visits and supplier meetings.
