Join Cotteswold Dairy as a Management Accountant and play a key role in delivering accurate financial information to support business decision making. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail driven, analytical and proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast paced environment. You’ll work closely with managers across the business, providing insight, analysis and reporting to support performance and strategy. We’re looking for a highly organised individual with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals, journals and reconciliations
- Analyse financial performance, investigate variances and provide clear insights
- Support stock valuations, depot accounts and production analysis
- Maintain and develop sales data analysis using Excel and internal systems
- Assist with audits, year-end processes and financial reporting requirements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business performance
What we’re looking for:
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
- Previous experience in a management accounting role within manufacturing
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- Knowledge of Sage 200 and Access (desirable)
- Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive and inquisitive approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
