Field Sales Executive – Cotteswold Dairy

Join Team Cotteswold at our Tewkesbury Production Site. Established in 1938, Cotteswold Dairy is one of the UK’s leading independent family‑owned dairies. We are proud to support local farmers and communities by delivering the freshest, finest quality products with first‑class customer service. As part of Team Cotteswold, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our doorstep delivery service while representing a trusted and respected local brand.

About You

  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative
  • Positive outlook with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable approaching and talking to new people
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • DBS check required (supported by the company)
  • Previous sales experience desirable but not essential

Hours, Pay & Benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00 (includes travel time). Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (target of 50 new customers per week; £10 additional commission per customer beyond target). Benefits: Enhanced pension (4.0% employee contribution; 4.5% employer contribution); claim healthcare costs back via Simply Health (after probation); brand new welfare facilities at Tewkesbury.

The Role

We are seeking ambitious and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our Commercial team. Based at our Tewkesbury Head Office, you will travel to targeted communities to promote our popular doorstep milk and dairy delivery service. This is a customer‑facing sales role where your confidence, enthusiasm, and ability to engage with people will directly contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Targeted doorstep canvassing to promote our local doorstep delivery service
  • Act as a brand ambassador, communicating our company values and story
  • Engage with potential customers, explaining our range of fresh, local dairy products
