We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our Engineering Team at our Tewkesbury site.

Salary: £20.59 per hour

Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours

Holiday: 30 days + company pension

Shift Pattern: Rotating (2 Week Rota)

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 0600 - 1345 and Saturday, 0600 finish
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday, 1345 - 2145

Participate in equipment breakdown call-out rota (roughly one week in six). Hourly rate once clocked in.

The Role:

  • Respond to breakdowns across production and processing equipment
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
  • Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Repair, test and recommission machinery safely
  • Work to strict Health & Safety standards
  • Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential: Electrical bias (minimum 70/30 electrical to mechanical split)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working on high-speed / automated machinery
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Experience within an FMCG or fast-paced production environment

Qualifications: (one of the following or equivalent experience):

  • HNC/HND/HNCD Level 4/5 in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
  • City & Guilds Level 4/5 Electrical Engineering
  • Equivalent job-based engineering experience
