We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing team in Sutton Coldfield.
This role is suited to a lawyer who is comfortable managing a varied residential property caseload while working closely with partners and maintaining direct client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and equity release transactions
- Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals involved in the transaction
- Identifying and resolving title, planning and property-related issues
- Providing clear, practical advice throughout the transaction process
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement
