We are seeking a Probate Solicitor to join our growing team in Sutton Coldfield.
This role is suited to a lawyer who is comfortable managing a varied private client caseload while working closely with partners and maintaining direct client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Advising clients on wills, estate administration and probate matters
- Acting on applications for grants of probate and letters of administration
- Administering estates, including the collection and distribution of assets
- Advising on inheritance tax and estate planning considerations
- Preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney
- Providing clear, practical advice tailored to individual and family circumstances
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in probate and private client work
- Ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with sensitive matters
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement
