We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team in Sutton Coldfield.
This role is suited to a lawyer who is comfortable managing a varied caseload while working closely with partners and maintaining direct client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and variations
- Supporting business clients on the property aspects of wider transactions
- Providing clear, practical advice aligned with clients’ commercial objectives
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property work
- Ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Clear communication and a client-focused approach
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement
