About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of Art to join our dedicated and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a developing department and inspire students through a high-quality, knowledge-rich art curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities
- Teach across Key Stages, ensuring strong progress and outcomes for all pupils
- Contribute to the development of a knowledge-rich curriculum in line with Trust expectations
- Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and support student progress
- Maintain high expectations of behaviour in line with the school’s consistent systems
- Provide clear, impactful feedback in line with the school’s whole-class feedback approach
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities and extracurricular activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department and across the Trust
