Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of the examination and certification process.
- Administering examination entries and registrations with awarding organisations.
- Planning and overseeing examination timetables throughout the academic year.
- Ensuring all examination procedures comply with awarding body regulations and JCQ requirements.
- Leading the operational delivery of examinations and supporting the smooth running of exam sessions.
- Managing and scheduling the team of examination invigilators.
- Organising appropriate access arrangements and support for students with additional needs, including readers, scribes and other approved adjustments.
- Maintaining accurate examination records and student data.
- Producing, analysing and reporting examination and assessment information to support school improvement.
- Preparing performance data for subjects, year groups, student cohorts and senior leaders.
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team by providing timely and accurate information to inform interventions, progress monitoring and student support strategies.
- Liaising effectively with staff, students, parents and external organisations on examination-related matters.

- Experience of working in an administrative, data or examinations environment.
- Strong IT skills, including the ability to work confidently with databases and Microsoft Office applications.
