The Swan in Bibury, a former Cotswold coaching inn, is located on the enchanting banks of the River Coln. Offering 22 guest rooms including accommodation in one of the four garden cottage suites, the hotel also has a welcoming bar and popular brasserie.

About the programme: A Commis Chef Apprenticeship at Cotswold Inns & Hotels is ideal for school leavers, career changers, or anyone looking to get the best start to a chef career. You’ll receive training in all aspects of food preparation whilst gaining an insight into some of the liveliest kitchens across the South of England. Working in a Fuller's Kitchen is exciting and challenging, but with a full team to support and mentor you, you’ll develop a rich understanding of food and a passion for our fresh, seasonal and local produce.

You will study 1 day per week at one of our college partners and receive world-class training while being paid. When you’re not at college you will work 4 days a week in one of our selected restaurants or hotels while being mentored by one of our Head Chefs.
