We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.
This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.
Your Role:
- As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style.
- You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.
We have a permanent part time role for 18hrs per week working pattern of 3 shifts across Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and will require the persons appointed to either have previous keyholder experience or to be prepared to be trained as a keyholder.
