We have an exciting opportunity to join our incredible team.

In this role, you will …

  • Support the store management team in motivating, inspiring, and developing a team of dedicated chocolate advisors to achieve retail goals
  • Contribute to the operational excellence and financial performance of a store in the Lindt UK retail division, adhering to all company policies and responsible business practices
  • Embody the Lindt brand with passion, delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations daily
  • Support a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge, encouraging teamwork, and driving ideas into action

Where you’ll be based

This role is based in Cannock Store and is 16 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Maximising Sales Turnover and Store Profitability

  • Use business tools and personal judgment to drive and exceed sales and profit targets
  • Monitor store KPIs, identify opportunities and risks, and support action plans
  • Align with line manager on performance review outcomes and action plans
  • Collaborate on opportunities during key trading periods

Delivering and Developing Operational Excellence

  • Maintain high standards in process execution, presentation, and compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with audit, loss prevention, and safety policies
  • Escalate issues promptly to management

Delivering Outstanding Customer Visibility and Communication

  • Become a brand ambassador, living the Lindt Service values
  • Utilize the Global Retail Mystery Shop program to improve service
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and stay informed on market trends
  • Anticipate and meet customer needs to enhance their experience

Leading for an Inspiring Workplace

  • Develop personal skills and support a learning culture
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and development plans

Ice Cream and Drinks Responsibilities

  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Keep all related documentation up to date
  • Be knowledgeable about product offerings
  • Ensure the IC&D area is operational during trading hours
  • Provide training to colleagues on IC&D stations
