Customer awareness and exceptional customer service skills are imperative. You are the key to help unlock the potential of not only the Coffee Shop, but the team which works in it. You will need to be comfortable and confident in training and quality managing other staff in all areas of the business.
We are now recruiting for an experienced General Manager to take on our New coffee shop in the new Designer Outlet in Cotswolds. We require an inspirational leader with an infectious personality and (ideally) incredible barista skills to lead the day-to-day running of what will be a busy shop.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
- Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment
- Have a lively personality and be comfortable dealing with customers
- Be an excellent communicator, and be driven to train and develop people

Based on a 40 hour working week, including weekends. Regular opening hours are between 8am and 8pm.
