Job Role

You will motivate, inspire, train, and develop your team to deliver EXCELLENCE in everything they do.

You will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experience and create a selling culture that encourages customer loyalty.

You will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and be commercially astute, showing creativity and inspirational leadership in managing your own business unit.

As an Assistant Manager, you should regard your position as partnering with your Store Manager, offering the required support to enable the store to function smoothly and successfully. You are effectively a ‘Store Manager in training’ and, under the guidance of your line manager, should involve yourself in all aspects of store life.
